Daging Panggang

BAHAN:

400 gram daging sapi has dalam utuh, tusuk-tusuk garpu

BUMBU HALUS:

10 butir bawang merah
3 buah cabai merah
1 sendok teh ketumbar
1/8 sendok teh jintan
2 cm jahe
1 sendok teh gula merah
1 1/2 sendok teh garam

BAHAN SAMBAL:

5 buah cabai rawit, dicincang halus
4 butir bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
1/2 sendok teh gula merah
1 sendok teh air jeruk nipis
1/8 sendok teh cuka
8 sendok makan kecap manis
1/8 sendok teh garam

CARA MEMBUAT :
Lumuri daging dengan bumbu halus, diamkan 3 jam.
Bakar daging sambil dioles bumbu hingga matang.
Iris daging tipis-tipis. Sajikan dengan campuran bahan sambal.
